Once an order has been confirmed and fulfilment has commenced - including picking, packing, labelling or preparing the products - a cancellation or amendment may no longer be possible, even if the order has not yet been physically dispatched.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and will only be accepted where we are able to stop the order before fulfilment has progressed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where a product is unavailable, a pricing or website error has occurred, payment has not been successfully processed, or we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised activity or misuse of the website. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier operations and circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not offer local pickup. Free shipping is available only on qualifying orders, as specified on the website.
